Pricing
Medication Delivery (within Singapore):
- The medication is charged as per the clinic pricing
- Delivery of Medication is included within the consultation charges
- An additional delivery surcharge for Jurong Island and Sentosa: $10
- An additional delivery surcharge for Downtown, Orchard and CBD areas: $2
*Video Consultation (outside of Singapore) is only applicable for Sub Specialty Follow up.
- The charges applicable for 10-minute consultation – $200
- Additional charges may apply for extended consultation with the doctor, including time taken to review the reports and materials prior consultation.
- Medication delivery is subjected to availability and customs restrictions
- First consult for second opinion for NON ACUTE symptoms is possible for selected cases. Consultation for discussion of diagnoses made, investigations done and possible treatment plans. NO prescriptions will be given. Further advice and management will require on site consultation and evaluations. Charges to start at $200. Additional charges may apply for extended consult

For Child Specialist, video consultation hours are per clinic operating hours and by appointment basis only. Please refer to the link https://test.sbcc.sg/location/ to know your clinic operating hours.

Yes, the service is available overseas for sub-specialty follow up only.
For dependents under the age of 16 years, you can add them under your account to do video consultation with our doctors. For your other dependents, you will need to create a separate account.
Yes. After completing the video consultation, the e-Referral will be available in the Visits tab.
Yes, after completing the video consultation, e-MC will be available in the visits tab.
Yes. Your visit details will all be available under the “Visits” section in the app.
Major insurance companies may provide plans that cover medical consultations through video call.
Please check with your insurance provider if your plan covers this.
No. Medication will be delivered on same day or next working day for late consultation. Additional charges will apply for express delivery. The delivery time would range between 9:00am to 10:00pm.
Once your consultation is complete, you will be charged the final amount to your credit card. If there is medication prescribed, these will be delivered to you.
You will be able to resume the video call with the doctor through the app.
We ensure all data is safe and secure by using industry standard security technology and practices to safeguard your accounts from any unauthorised access. This means that each time you access the App and enter your log on details, you will be securely connected to our servers.
All items or services provided are non-exchangeable nor refundable.

We deliver to anywhere with a valid local address within mainland Singapore, excluding restricted zones, offshore islands and secured areas.
